Bulk bag compactor and roller bags
The purpose of RollR® roller compactors is to compact and recycle a large number of containers or materials at their "accumulation point", including bulk bags, sacks, boxes and large plastic bags. The roller compactor operates with rolling compression. The strongest and largest containers can be reduced by up to 90% of their initial volume.
All of the following packaging materials can be compressed by the roller compactor: super sacks, cardboard boxes, corrugated paper, paper liners, paper and plastic film, shrink film sheets, plastic film strips, protective PP plastic film -/PE, plastic webbing, PP-/PE fiber material, insulating and non-woven material, foam sheets, packing foam, aluminum foils and bags…
Time saving, ease of use, high safety standards and improved handling are the main features of this equipment. Maintenance and cleaning can be done easily. Each area of the machine can be quickly reached thanks to doors and flaps with integrated safety closure. The equipment is also mobile and space-saving and can therefore be moved around your production site easily.
The bulk bag roller compactor is available in 2 models: RollR® 650 (semi-automatic) and RollR® 655 (automatic).
Operating mode:
The operator introduces the empty big bag (or packaging) into the compactor via an opening in the front equipped with operator safety. Two conveyor belts with a pyramidal profile transfer the packaging to the rolling chamber to perform its compression. After reaching the desired bale diameter (adjustable with the RollR® 655 model), the binding and ejection of the bale is done semi-automatically (RollR® 650 version) or automatically (RollR® 655).
The compressed material cannot reform to its original state, either in the compression chamber or during the interruption of the pressing process.
