Thanks to a dust-tight connection between the storage hopper and the container, the conveying of powders and bulk materials is completely dust-tight.
The container filling IbcFill® 01 station is available in manual or automatic version. The filling head is lowered manually or automatically to the container inlet opening by two pneumatic cylinders.
The IbcFill® filling head ensures dust-free and high level filling in a storage container.
This protects the operator, the environment and the material from external contamination or pollution. The use of protective sleeves ensures a high level of containment, even when changing containers. The IbcFill® head is used in particular for the handling of very dangerous materials and for the most demanding applications in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries (example: to avoid contamination of the product).
