Big bag massaging cage - Preparation of large big bags prior to emptying.
The SmashR® Fly massage cage is a long-stroke version designed for large-sized big bags. It breaks up the mass of stored powders over the full height of the big bag, up to 2m20. This version ensures efficient trimming adapted to large volumes.

- The cycle is complete, and a signal indicates that the operator can retrieve the big bag.

Operating mode:
1. The operator inserts the big bag or forklift through the access door and places it on the turntable. Once the big bag is installed, the access door is closed.
2. The operator selects the desired operating mode from several pre-set modes.
These modes are configurable and take into account:
- Big bag height
- Number of massage cycles
- Number of times the table is raised/lowered
- Number of rotations of the lift table plate
- Once the operating mode has been selected, the operator starts the cycle from the control panel.
3. The massage cycle starts
4. An alert signal informs the operator that the cycle is complete and can remove the big bag.
