    Paldrum® 01 barrel and bulk bag filling station - mixed

    Our Paldrum® 01 filling station ensures the packaging of big bags and barrels. This packing station can be customized according to the types of products, the containing device and the expected flow rates. Palamatic Process offers sealed barrel packaging solutions for a healthy work environment without dust particles. The filling station carries out a weighing and vibrating dosing for the packing of the product. The packaging is fully automatic around a roller conveyor system.

    Operating sequence: 

    Manual gravity filling station. The barrels/buckets are positioned under the filling head by an operator. Filling of the container is done via gravitational discharge. Once the barrel loading operation is complete, the operator can remove and transport the barrels/buckets to the storage area.
    This packaging station, which is the most economical version of the PalDrum® range, can be customized according to the type of products, the container and the expected flow rates.

      Drum manipulator : When the contents of the drums have to be emptied directly into the process, our lateral suction cup system allows a complete rotation of the drum. Palamatic Process has also developed a self-balancing system to compensate for the weight loss of the drum during the emptying process. With our many options available, the operator can completely or partially empty the contents of drums.
