Description
PEHD and PPH storage tank
Storage tanks are ideal for the recovery of water solutions such as AUS32 (or AdBlue©), lime milks, dabbling, etc.
These tanks are in HDEP (High Density Polyethylene). They are treated against UV and can be placed outdoors. Their food compatibility and their strong chemical resistance make it a common multi-application material. The standard tanks range from 5 to 30m³ but custom builds up to 100m³ is possible.
To keep the tanks in temperature, a thermal insulation system can be integrated. For liquids that freeze, a tracing of the tank with heating tape or the addition of a heater is used.
In case of storage of hot products (up to 55°C), we recommend the use of Polypropylene (PPH) tanks. The PP has characteristics similar to the HDEP but insulates the heat better (maximum 90°C).
The tanks are equipped with a conical roof (possibility of flat roof), a manhole, a vent and pipes as needed.
There is the option to add a blender, level sensors, a graduated adjuster, etc.
Design and manufacture according to the NF-EN 12573 tanks compatible and meeting the storage standard of the AdBlue / AUS32: ISO 22241.
