International manufacturer of concrete fillers.

The objective was to supply the site with a system that would allow customers to be delivered in trucks and big bags from any silo system.

PALAMATIC PROCESS offers this company a mobile FlowMatic®07 big bag filling system that can be connected instead of a truck tank, under a truck loading spout. This big bag charger  is completely mounted on wheels allowing it to be moved on rails under the entire length of the silo set.

Its height adjustment according to the different containers is simply performed by lowering the single travel cylinder to the lower position and wedging the forks to the correct height by means of two ergonomic indexing pins.

The operator, after having positioned his pallet on the receiving tray, slips the handles of the big bag onto the tubular forks provided for this purpose. He then activates by a push button the expansion of an inflatable seal ensuring the containment by clamping and an inflation fan allowing the perfect shaping of the big bag to be filled.

This filling station is also fitted with a big bag tensioning system to optimize its stability on its pallet. A vibrating table allows the product to be packed into the big bag and optimizes the big bag filling.

Thanks to a good understanding of the customer's needs and particular expectations, Palamatic Process has designed a polyvalent, accurate and contained station.
