Our customer in Canada transports and stores big bags. For example, for one of their end customers, they collect cement big bags from suppliers who may be in China or anywhere in the world. Then they store these big bags until their customers need them. This enables their customers to reduce their stock levels, while still being sure of having the stock they need.

Due to prolonged storage, sea travel and temperature fluctuations, powders are often subject to compression, making them difficult to handle. In response to this problem, the company decided to offer its customers a Big Bag decompaction service prior to delivery.
