Big bag conditioner - Big bag preparation prior to unpacking phase
The SmashR® Eco big bag conditoner conditions big bags by breaking up their hardened mass.
Equipped with two articulated hydraulic gates and a big bag height control system, this SmashR enables efficient crushing without damaging the big bag. Suitable for a variety of industries, this solution enables efficient de-compaction at a lower cost.
"Standard" cycle
1. Operator loads big bag
2. Operator starts massage cycle
3. The loaders exert 4 upward pressures on the big bag
4. When the cycle is complete, a signal indicates that the operator can retrieve the big bag.
The number of pressures and turns of the table is adjustable.
Duration of a “standard” cycle: 5 min.
Output: approx. 12 big bags/h.

Operating mode:
- The operator introduces the big bag via the access door of the forklift truck and places it on the turntable of the lift table.
- The operator selects the desired operating mode from several pre-set modes. Each mode is configurable and takes into account :
- Big bag height
- Number of massage cycles
- Number of times the table is raised/lowered
- Once the operating mode has been selected, the operator launches the cycle from the control console.
- The massage cycle starts.
- An alert message informs the operator that the cycle is complete and that he can remove the big bag.
