Incorporation of detergent products

The client is the Europe's leading supplier of household cleaning products and private brand toiletry and hygiene products.
The customer wants to install the new system in his existing building. The objective is to supply the customer's powder incorporator at a rate of 750 kg/h.

The installation is made up of the following equipment:

A big bag discharge system for electric hoist loading with telescopic tube (EasyFlow® 125) ATEX 22. This machine is designed for the manual opening of all types of big bags, limiting dust emissions as much as possible and facilitating the flow of the bulk material. The big bag is placed using an electric hoist. The tight connection head is composed of a system for docking the big bag cuff to ensure that the system is sealed when the big bag is being discharged.

A massage system is implemented on the big bag deconditioning system. This breaks the bulk material's mass setting in order to optimize the bulk material's flow. The bulk bag massager is available in a compact version to optimize space requirements.

A D13 screw dosing unit with an integrated anti-bridging shaft placed at the outlet of the bulk bag discharger. The dispenser is ATEX 22 certified. A safety light screen is placed at the area of access to the bulk bag spout. As soon as the operator enters the area, the screw feeder stops.

As the material tends to form clods, a clod breaker grid is located inside the feeder. The anti-bridging device then fulfils 2 functions: unloading and breaking clods. The unloading shaft is designed with "fingers" that pass through the grid.

A nearby electrical cabinet PalTouch® has a touch control panel. The operator uses this interface to control the installation and modify the output flow rate settings of the dispenser according to the rotation speed of its raw material informer.

The detergent is then loaded into a powder incorporator to feed the production tanks.
