Many powdered or granular materials agglomerate in the presence of moisture and form more or less consistent lumps of different sizes. Therefore, in some applications, it is necessary to grind them in order to obtain a lower granulometry, as uniform as possible, suitable for the preparations to which the material will be subjected in the successive phases.

Palamatic Process has set up a manual bag emptying system Sacktip® fitted with an industrial lump breaker at the outlet of the hopper in order to ensure maximum uniformity in the granulometry of the powdered resin. The flow rate of the lump breaker is 40 to 50 m³/h. The manual bag emptying station is made of 304L stainless steel.
