Description
Ball vibrators - For small amplitude vibrations
Assistance in the flow of difficult products Pneumatic ball vibrators allow the separation, transport and compaction of products, the unclogging of silos/hoppers/screens, the cleaning of filters, facilitate flow and eliminate blocking problems.
These pneumatic vibrators generate multidirectional vibrations. They are used for silo emptying, driving chutes, activating vibrating screen and vibrating table corridors and generally to clean, transport, compact and separate bulk materials and reduce friction. They are suitable for explosive or humid environments and can also work outdoors.
The frequency and centrifugal force are determined by operating pressure. All our vibrators (ball, roller or turbine) comply with the Machinery Directive 89/392/EEC. The standards EN 292 have been taken into account. For activation, it is necessary to have a 2/2 solenoid valve and filtered air.

Features
Technical specification
8 models of pneumatic ball vibrators:
- Multidirectional vibrations
- No lubrication
- No maintenance
- Explosion-proof
- Working temperature: 20 to 120°C
- High acceleration
Ball vibrators consist of an anodized aluminum body in which a hardened steel ball rotates on a hardened wear-resistant steel seat. The vibrator produces small amplitude vibrations. The vibration frequency is adjustable by means of the supply pressure (from 2 to 6 bar).
