The station requires the intervention of only 2 operators: a forklift operator and an operator who handles the big bags.

- 4 big bag containers to be processed per day

- 4 tipper trucks to be processed per day

The workstation is initially designed for cement but it is also compatible with another material: silica fume.

Unloading of big bags EasyFlow® EF0 at the same time as loading the truck.

Flat-bottomed big bags: use of a spike under the big bag to burst the bottom for optimal emptying with a reduced number of manual operations.

The use of the lump breaker and massage system allows to process big bags that have been stored in humid conditions with the presence of lumps.

Also, the dust collection system guarantees a clean installation.
