A Sacktip® S manual bag emptying station feeds a screw dosing unit. This powder feeder, in volumetric operation, feeds the UM360 mill. 

The powder is introduced into the grinding chamber continuously at a flow rate of 100l/h. A filtration system, integrated into the industrial mill, enables degassing. The ground powder is packed in bags using our PalSack®01 bag filling system.

The design of the plant ensures easy disassembly and cleaning, which facilitates batch change. The contact parts of the impact pin mill are manufactured with a roughness finish Ra < 0.4.
