Continuous conveying of bulk or powdery materials
The trough screw conveyor allows the handling of bulk or fragile materials. Depending on the application, the inlet and outlet of the screw can be customized.

Mild steel, stainless steel 304 and 316L
Flow rate up to 25 t./h. depending on diameter and motorization

Our trough screw conveyors are available in 2 or 3 versions:

  • Light duty (flours)
  • Medium duty (animal feed, cereals, flour)
  • Heavy duty (cement, lime, plaster, mining products)

Milk powder production line.
The big bag emptying station feeds the trough screw conveyor. This trough screw conveyor is connected via a flexible connecting sleeve to a manual bag vacuum.

Auger screw

The extraction screw is implanted under a hopper and ensures the dosage of the bulk materials. It includes an extraction thread at the beginning of the turn and a conveying thread. The extraction thread is a tight thread.

During the conveying process, the screw only transfers milk powder. It has an identical pitch over its entire length which is equal to the diameter of the turn. The conveying thread is an elongated thread which prevents the milk powder from settling.

- Inlet/outlet opening: from Ø114 to Ø660 mm.
- Maximum slope: 40° (depends on the load rate of the screw)
- Engine: electric 400 v. three-phase asynchronous

- Section: U or V trough section 
- Length: 1 to 13 m.
- Transmission type: direct, belt or chain
- Operating temperature up to 60°C (higher temperature on request)
