Description
The FlowMatic® 04 Flex-Ergo is a flexible station, manufactured to provide maximum ergonomics to operators who package bulk bags thanks to its hydraulic lifting table or its structural cylinder. Thanks to the integration of the hydraulic system (lifting roller table or structural cylinder), the access height to the handles and the sleeve of the super sack always remains at the right height for the operator.
The single access platform incorporates a single level to avoid any risk of falls for packaging operators. Ergonomics is pushed to its maximum for a constrained overall budget.
Thanks to the FlowMatic® 04 Flex-Ergo bulk bag packaging station, you can condition your powders in 500kg or 1,000kg bulk bags with high or low density products while always keeping the same height of access to the bulk bags.

Equipment integrated into the FlowMatic® 04 Flex-Ergo model:
- Support structure: fixed bulk bag support structure
- Lifting table: equipped with rollers to adapt to all heights of big bags
- Automatic release of big bags: four articulated hooks are located on the bulk bag reception apron. The lifting table rises to trigger the opening of the support hooks in order to release the bulk bag on its pallet.
- Inflating seal: the inflating seal ensures a watertight connection between the filling head and the bulk bag during filling.
- Filling head: the filling head is designed as a double envelope for volume balancing. The charged air is evacuated via the degassing line which can be connected to the dust collection network.
- Pre-inflation fan: installed on the station, the fan ensures the shaping of the bulk bag equipped with an internal bag to facilitate its filling. The fan is strongly recommended for packaging low density powders
- Vibrating table: the densification table allows difficult products to be deaerated and ensures optimal filling of bulk bags. The vibrating table is equipped with two vibrating motors with adjustable intensity. This vibrating table is made by a removable comb directly implanted on the vibrating table
- Pallet unstacker: the unstacker ensures, via a motorized roller conveyor, the supply of handling pallets to the packaging station. The pallet size supported by the destacker is flexible.
- Roller conveyor: a series of motorized roller conveyors ensures the transfer of empty pallets to the super sack packaging station. They are equipped with positioning sensors to ensure buffer storage of bulk bags. The lifting table incorporates an independent conveyor.
Configurations with turntable and roller shuttle are available to adapt to zone configurations and storage flows.
