To promote the flow of your powders and bulk materials:
Some powders can be sticky, cohesive, lumpy, hygroscopic or abrasive. These material characteristics can lead to particle segregation, arching, bridging, rat-holing or retention phenomena which makes their flow difficult within industrial equipment.
Palamatic Process has developed a range of equipment to facilitate the flow of materials inside hoppers or silos by offering highly efficient and innovative solutions.

Several flow aids can be integrated into our equipment solutions by Palamatic Process according to your material:
- Pneumatic vibrators (ball, roller or turbine) which are used to facilitate the emptying of silos, chutes, vibrating corridors, sieves and vibrating tables. They are suitable for explosive or wet environments and can be operated outdoors.
- Electric vibrators to promote the flow of industrial powders under hoppers or silos to improve material discharge or as actuators on vibrators for conveying, screening, compacting and sorting.
- Vibrofluidisers to meet environmental and temperature protection requirements.
- Anti-bridging device (flat bottom, conical bottom) according to the characteristics of your powder (wet clogging...).
- Combined strikers
The ability of a powder to flow well is an important parameter to take into account before any manufacturing process. Discover the 7 properties of powders to know before launching your project.
