Conveying of raw materials, dosing and feeding (loss or gain-in-weight), mixer loading, reactor or dissolution, preparation and weighing of micro-ingredients.
The main objective of industrial processes involving feeding mixers, reactors, dissolution tanks, etc., is to reliably incorporate raw materials with accurate dosing in a safe manner. The formulations include a sequence of process stages that have mandatory compliance with rates, quantities, pressures and temperatures. The raw materials introduced for the reaction are generally stored in storage silos, sacks, drums or bulk bags.
The reactors are generally supplied by pneumatic conveying systems with integrated weighing management. Due to the explosive atmosphere very often present in this type of installation, the HAZLOC standard is applicable in most processes (Classification 1 or 2).
The control and monitoring of the installations are carried out in the control room via a PLC and a supervision PC (with a PC View license).
