High filtration performance
Pneumatic conveying is a widely used technology in powder handling. Since 1992, Palamatic Process has been working on the design and improvement of this process by searching for more innovative and efficient solutions.
The CYS-ECD range of pneumatic conveying vacuum receivers provide a high filtration performance and high flow rates with easy cleaning features. This is accomplished via the integration of guide rails for easy and quick disassembly of the filtration housings.
The installation of the filter elements on a removable structure allows easy maintenance for operators, but also the possibility to switch production runs. With the quick access design cleaning is much faster and easier.
The filtration quality is ensured by PTFE membranes with an automatic counter-current air cleaning system.
The operating pressure of the pneumatic conveying vacuum receiver is 0.1 bar to 2 bar. The pneumatic conveying vacuum receivers are available in Atex zone 20-0 internal version. The Atex design of the powder handling equipment by Palamatic Process is based on numerous customer applications with sensitive process sites, such as the handling of explosives or chemical propellants. Pneumatic conveying vacuum receivers CYS-ECD can integrate indoor or outdoor vents, nitrogen inerting, gas or spark detection, CODAP structure reinforcement or automatic suppression.
