Palamatic Process industrial mixers or industrial agitators allow a homogenization of your powders and bulk products.
The mixer is used to produce a final product by mixing several raw materials. An industrial mixer is mainly used by industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, nuclear, cosmetics or chemicals.
For the agri-food sector, Palamatic Process supplies equipment that avoids the risk of contamination. The bi-rotor batch pallet mixer is mainly suitable for the food industry. Thanks to its 316L stainless steel tank, the materials can be mixed safely.
Palamatic Process provides a wide range of industrial mixers. Blade mixers generate a much more intense mixture than the ribbon mixer. Indeed, the blades allow to incorporate a lot of air into the mixture, which allows to smooth the bed of particles in the tank and thus to facilitate their movement. The mixing time of industrial paddle mixers is therefore shorter than that of industrial ribbon mixers.
As for the belt mixer, it is more suitable for fragile, delicate bulk materials. Especially for food or animal powders.
