Agri-food company positioned number one in self-service fresh food catering. The company wanted a system for emptying big bags filled with bukwheat flour to load tanks.

Palamatic Process delivered the following solution:
The 1,000kg big bags, previously provided with a handling cross, are carried on the height-adjustable structure of the EasyFlow® EF02 big bag discharger by means of a forklift truck. This big bag emptying station with an unlacing box is totally sealed to limit dust emissions as much as possible, while favouring a fluid flow and without retention of the bulk material. The specificity of this equipment is its capacity to contain powders, in particular by the presence of closing clamps which reinforces its tightness.
A butterfly valve, with a manual actuator, controls the discharge from the buffer hopper to the tanks.
