Flow aid for difficult materials
Turbine pneumatic vibrators prevent materials from adhering to the sieve or hoppers walls. Their application is suitable for food and pharmaceutical industries.
The vibrators generate multi-directional vibrations. They are used for emptying silos, intermediate hoppers, activating vibrating trays, sifters and vibrating tables, and generally to transport, compact, and separate bulk materials and reduce friction. Suitable for explosive or humid environments and may also be used outside. Frequency and centrifugal force are determined by pressure service. All our vibrators (ball, roller, or turbine) correspond to the Machine Directive (89/392/EEC EN 292 standards). For activation, a 2/2 solenoid valve and filtered air are required.

The vibrations obtained are generated by a turbine in which weights have been inserted. Even with low pressure, the amplitude remains significant.

The data comes from a spring vibration bench, perfectly simulating most possible applications. More the structure where the vibrators are applied is rigid, more frequency and centrifugal force are important.
