Installation of a double discharge station: big bag emptying and container emptying for mixer feeding as well as a double filling station: big bag filling and sack filling Flowmatic® 03.

A horizontal monorotor mixer with a ribbon of 2,100 l. useful volume is positioned on the 1st level of a two-level platform. The industrial mixer is installed on a support frame and a platform provides access to the operator. The mixer is made of a degassing nozzle and two bulk material inlets. The industrial mixer is fed on the 2nd level via 2 flexible connectors with the following equipment:

- Product inlet 1 of the mixer: Sacktip® 1 000 manual bag emptying station with an automatic butterfly valve to control the introduction of material into the mixer. A lifting table allows the positioning of the pallet of full sacks next to the sack discharging station.

 - Product inlet 2 of the mixer: big bag emptying station and container connection system. The station is fitted with an automatic butterfly valve to control the introduction of material into the horizontal mixer.

The two pneumatically operated butterfly valves are used to close the material inlets during the mixing phase.

A big bag emptying station EasyFlow® EF01 (low structure) with unlacing cabinet, electric hoist loading and overflow prevention tube supplies inlet 2 of the mixer.

Before emptying the big bag, the operator positions the big bag cuff in the overflow tube. Once the unlacing is completed, the material is channelled into the cylinder. The material therefore remains confined despite the opening of the unlacing box.

The manual container emptying station IbcFlow® 01 is fitted with handling scabbards so as to be moved with the forklift truck for installation in place of the storage container. The self-supporting structure for handling big bags is provided with an electric hoist.

A dropping pipe allows the connection between the sack unloading unit and the industrial mixer as well as the connection between the container discharger and the industrial mixer.

A screw feeder type with integrated devouring shaft (Model D13) is positioned under the mixer on the ground floor to feed the bag packer with an accuracy of plus or minus 20 g.

The sack packaging station (5 to 25 kg) permits commercial weighing of the sacks.The sack dosing system is placed in the big bag filling station. The advantage of this sack filling station is the possibility of packaging big bags with vibration for material densification.

This big bag packaging station FlowMatic® 03 with filling head is equipped with an inflatable seal and a clamping ring to ensure tightness. The complete big bag filling system is implemented on four load cells allowing the control of the dosing equipment upstream.

Weighted sack filling station:

The operator positions the pouch or the sack between the inflatable seal and the clamping ring. By means of a pneumatic control, it allows the seal to be inflated, which either locks the sack or seals it against the clamping ring. The filling of the sack can begin. The upstream dosing device fills the bag. The volumes are balanced via the double jacketed filling tube.

An electric control cabinet completes the unit.
