Processed powders: activated carbon
Loading of activated carbon
Installation for the world's leading supplier of coal for the energy sector.
A forklift operator supplies and positions the bulk bags on the big bag emptying station.
Another operator opens the bulk bag on the station (unlacing and opening the bulk bag spout) using a glove box to optimize dust containment. An integrated neon light illuminates the operator's workstation.
Pneumatic massage paddles installed on the FIBC unloading station allows an optimal extraction of the material. The operator can start or stop the massage cycle on request according to the control panel.
A level sensor is installed on the big bag discharging station.
The level probe provides an indication signal to the operator that the bulk bag is empty. The operator then closes the bulk bag spout and warns the fork-lift operator that the bag is empty.
A tubular screw conveyor provides the transfer of the material to the truck.
A telescopic truck loading spout provides the connection to the truck. The filling spout is motorized. A level probe stops the truck loading automatically and raises the loading spout for changing the filling nozzle (driver operation), or at the end of the loading process.
An independent dust collector is connected to the loading spout and the bulk bag unloading station for dust containment and degassing (air volume displacement).
The finer dust particulates are collected in a bucket below the collection hopper.
