Automated preparation of CPTED with your Lithium, Nickel, Manganese and Cobalt hydroxides products
The PCaMatic® process line is used to prepare PCAM before it is transferred to the furnaces for conversion into CAM.
This automated line transfers and mixes powders in complete safety for operators.
Confined bulk bag emptying stations, combined with pneumatic transfer, provide an autonomous CAMP preparation unit, reducing operator exposure to powders such as Nickel, Cobalt, Manganese and Lithium, which are toxic for both operators and the environment.
The Process PCaMatic® line is the ideal solution for any manufacturer looking for a confined, controlled solution for mixing metal precursors.
- Contained design
- Mixture homogeneity
- Ceramic equipment
- Automated bulk bag packaging
- Automatic bulk bag conveying

Focus on the PCaMatic® process line
PCaMatic® 1
The PCaMatic® 1 line incorporates two weighed cyclones: one for lithium and the other for metal precursors.
These cyclones feed a ploughshare mixer. This mixer can be ceramic-coated to prevent premature wear and contamination by metal ions, thus guaranteeing the purity of the final product.
After mixing, a confined bulk bag filling station enables the PCAM to be reconditioned in a secure manner.
PCaMatic® 2
The PCaMatic® 2 line includes a second mixer upstream, supplied by three cyclones for nickel, cobalt, manganese or other precursors, depending on the recipe. The mixture of these components is then pneumatically transferred to a cyclofilter connected to the second mixer, ensuring rapid, homogeneous mixing while maintaining a high level of containment.
PCaMatic® 3
Complementing the equipment of previous lines, the PCaMatic® 3 line is equipped with cyclofilter feeding systems.
Confined bulk bag emptying stations with hoist loading or floor loading (EasyFlow ®Flex) can be selected.
This configuration enhances process efficiency and flexibility, while guaranteeing safety and containment.
PCaMatic® 4
The PCaMatic® 4 line incorporates the functionalities of the previous lines, but instead of a bulk bag filling station at the output of the second mixer, it features a tote filling unit. These bins are then conveyed and weighed before being sent to the furnaces for transformation of the PCAM into CAM. This configuration is particularly well suited to processes requiring meticulous preparation prior to thermal transformation.
Each PCaMatic® line incorporates strategically positioned magnets to maintain the purity of the final product. Sieves can also be integrated at cyclofilter outlets to homogenize powders before mixing.
