Liquid area production skid
Thanks to the evolution of diesel engine technology, the global urea market is growing year over year. The result is the purchase of powdered urea has become simpler and easier to transport. AdBlue is made of 32.5% urea and 67.5% of its mass is made up of purified water, making it easily available on site.
The PalBlue® Line 01 solution was designed with a dual logic of delivery time and speed of installation, without sacrificing maintenance accessibility that is often lost in containerized manufacturing skids.

To produce your own AdBlue all you need is access to a water supply and urea that meets AUS32 standards.
The PalBlue® 01-5 and 01-15 production lines are made up of two tanks: one for mixing and one for the supply of and heating water. The utilities (pumps and sensors) are installed on a skid with studied maintenance accessibility. These lines make it possible to obtain a production of up to 15 m³ of AdBlue per day.
The PalBlue® Line 01-30 version allows a production of 30 m³/day, achieved with a second urea solution manufacturing tank. Flexible piping and wiring with Harting-type quick connectors guarantee quick assembly and commissioning.
The PalBlue® 01-60 and 01-120 high-speed urea production lines are reserved for manufacturers with very large AdBlue or AUS40 production needs for Denox. These lines carry up to 6 manufacturing and preparation tanks as well as 4 equipment skids. They can be assembled with flexible pipes, but custom-made stainless-steel pipes are often preferred.
Many options are possible, such as: micron filtration at the outlet, low-energy water heating, several levels of water demineralization, automatic urea sampling at the outlet or even the storage of the finished product in tanks of AUS32 output.
Options
► Enhanced urea filtration:
To further reduce production costs, it is possible to inject unpurified urea and filter the urea solution at the outlet at 100µm or 5µm.
► Low energy heating:
Possibility of heating the water with a heat pump instead of an immersion heater.
Electricity consumption is cut by 2/3.
It is possible to couple this heating with an additional solar heating.
► Storage:
Added storage tanks of AUS32. Storage capacity from 350 ft³ to 10,600 ft³ in HDPE or PP tank.
► Packaging solution:
Direct tanker filling with loading arm
Filling drums or cans
Soft container packaging
