The integration of a vibratory sifter ensures a virgin product free of foreign bodies for feeding to the production line via a pneumatic vacuum conveying system.
In view of the pharmaceutical application, the EasyFlow® EF1 big bag emptying station is equipped with a sealed connection of the sleeve so that pollution from the outside atmosphere is reduced to a minimum. The system is integrated in a deconditioning cabin.
The big bag is handled by an electric hoist. The safety vibrating screen is fed continuously and regulated via the conveying screw.
The entire system is made of stainless steel.
The entire plant is installed in a white zone with controlled atmosphere.
The VFlow® pneumatic vacuum conveying system is fitted with an additional filter system for hygienic conveying air.
The pneumatic conveying system is operated by an electric vacuum pump located outside the production area. A buffer hopper positioned below the pneumatic conveyor ensures a continuous supply to the process due to the batch (cyclic) operation of the powder pump.
The hygienic installation with pharmaceutical finishes is perfectly suited to industries working in the medical sector ensuring non-contamination by the external environment and product control by sprocess equipment such as centrifugal sieve, magnetic detector, sampler.
