The FlowMatic® 07 mobile bulk bag filling station is the best solution for material loading under multiple silos, or hygienic processes requiring a complete wash down of the material loading area.
The mobile FlowMatic® 07 bulk bag filling station is equipped with the following functions: unloading cone dock, filling head, hanging forks with adjustable width, inflatable containment seal, support structure, vibrating table, load cells, handling frames, stabilizer and a removeable access platform.

At the output of the big bag bagging station, an automatic wrapper ensures the final containment of the big bag on its pallet.
The big bag is supplied by a motorized conveyor. -
Automatic release
Four articulated hooks are located on the big bag deck. The pneumatic cylinder, operated by the automaton, controls the tilting of the hook at the end of the dosing process

Grounding clamp
Mass braids equip the entire station. A quick connection point allows the grounding the big bags thus making an equipotential bonding of the assembly.
