The objective was to supply a system that would allow delivery of the material in trucks or bulk bags from any silo system.

PALAMATIC PROCESS offered this client a mobile FlowMatic®07 big bag filling system that can be connected under a truck loading spout, in place of a truck tank This big bag charger  is mounted on wheels which allow for movement on rails under the entire length of the silo set.

The height adjustment, according to different containers, can be done by lowering the single pneumatic cylinder and locking the forks by means of two ergonomic indexing pins.

The operator, after having positioned his pallet on the receiving tray, slips the handles of the bulk bag onto the tubular hanging forks. With a push of a button, he then activates the expansion of an inflatable seal that ensures dust containment, and an inflation fan for pre-forming and shaping of the bulk bag for optimal filling.

This filling station is also fitted with a jumbo bag tensioning system to optimize stability on its pallet. A vibrating table allows the product to be packed into the big bag and optimizes the big bag filling.
