Sacktip® SE is a bag dump containment station suitable for handling toxic or dangerous bulk materials. The sealed door with glove box allows total containment of powders and protection of the operator during bag opening operations.

The SACKTIP SE bag dump stations ensure the manual deconditioning of bulk solids that are delivered in bags to the production sites.
These dust-free sack tip stations, manufactured in mild or stainless steel, allow powdery and granular materials to be fed and transferred to production lines. The fully contained design avoids any external air contamination by dust emissions during the bag opening and discharge process. All cabins are equipped with dust extraction nozzles or integrated filters. Gloves, positioned on the glass door, allow the safe handling of bags that contain dangerous or toxic materials.
The range of manual contained bag dump stations are ergonomically designed to provide a perfect solution for your manual unloading needs. Palamatic Process bag emptying stations are designed to significantly reduce the risk of air pollution by dust emissions during the manual bag opening and discharge process.
Operation procedure:
The operator places the bag on a laterally arranged roller conveyor and feeds it into the contained bag dump station, positioning the bag on the grid. Sliding bars facilitate the introduction of the bag into the sack tip tray. The bag is then opened via the gloves and cutting device for emptying of the contents. Once fully emptied, the operator evacuates the waste package to the integrated bag compactor positioned on the side or behind the bag dump tray.
This machine is designed for the manual opening of all types of small bags and limiting dust emissions by adding a dust removal unit and an empty bag compactor. Its ergonomic design ensures that the operator has an efficient and reliable workstation.
A dust extraction nozzle is provided on the top of the machine, or can be equipped with an optional integrated dust filtration system
Contact parts and non-contact parts (door) can be manufactured in the following materials: painted steel, stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316L, plexiglass, safety glass.

Technical specification
The door remains hinged by a gas cyliner and the compression of the door seal is carried out by clamps for secure closing.
A removable mesh screen at 50 x 50 mm with 2 mm diameter wire is placed above the powder chute. Sliding bars placed on the screen allow the operator to move his bag with a minimum of effort.

Vibrating sieve
Directly implanted under the screen, the sieve shaker ensures continuous product control. The discharge chute is connected to the vibrating sieve via a flexible sleeve to ensure airtightness.
Due to its design, the vibrating screen does not have a retention area, the flange assembly ensures easy assembly and disassembly of high quality.
