IBC Container loading - Manual or automatic
IBC Container filling station IbcFill® 01 with dust-tight connection. Our IBC container filler allow a contained conveying of bulk products.
Manual container filling
This station is ideal for the simple filling of bulk and powder products. Designed to meet the "connect and fill" demand, it allows a totally sealed filling of the containers. The system provides for a completely confined transfer of your materials into the container to avoid product loss. It is suitable for non-sensitive products with low flow rates.
Automatic container filling
In the automatic version, the installation and removal of the connection plate is carried out without the intervention of the operator.
The automatic filling of Palamatic Process industrial IBC containers reduces the level of exposure of the operator to potentially dangerous bulk materials. This automated system has been designed to provide a high standard for hygiene, safety, ease of cleaning and maintenance.
The container filling system is located under the hopper. It consists of a telescopic tube and a connection plate.
Operating mode :
- The filling head is ready to cover the container.
- The filling station is connected to the container with the telescopic connection sleeve (food quality).
- The transfer of the material to the containers is done by gravity.
- The transfer stops at the control panel.
- The filling head is released from the container.

IbcFill® - Container filling system

The IBC Containers® filling head allows a hopper to be completely sealed to a container for a gravitary transfer of your materials.
The filling head is manually positioned or automatically lowered on the inlet port of the container by two pneumatic cylinders. The flexible connection unfolds and the head reaches the container. This filling head is composed of a inflatable seal that expands outward to firmly seal the lid and thus prevent any dust leakage during the filling process.
