Pinch valve - Flow rate control for bulk solid materials in pneumatic transfer lines
Pinch valves allow the interruption of the flow of materials in pneumatic conveying systems. The pinch valve is a cost-effective and easy to install solution with low maintenance requirements. This valve is also ideal for the control of fluids such as liquid, gas and powders to ensure complete sealing when closing.

Pinch valves are designed to be used in material flow control for pneumatic conveying systems, or other pipelines (dense, corrosive or paste mixtures). The internal flexible sleeve is reshaped in such a way that the passage is hermetically sealed.
Operating mode :
In the open position the internal cross section of the valve is identical with the connecting pipe diameter. The full bore-through passage is a major asset to avoid clogging problems.
By introducing compressed air or water through the threaded bore into the interior of the valve, the internal flexible sleeve seals the internal passage (suitable for powders, granules, fibres, dense mixtures and liquids).

The valve is in open position. its inner section is identical to the one of the piping.
Position 2 :
By introducing compressed air or pressurized wtaer inside the body, the flexible sleeve bends to completely close the passage.
