Slide valve - Gravitational material extraction and dosing
The gate valves to the sectioning of a bulk material, through the central shovel which intersects the fluid passage and provides complete sealing.
Steel or polymer construction with square, round or rectangular passage cross-section.
The valves are mounted on the outlets of hoppers, tanks, silos, mechanical conveyor, and on loading bellow inlets. Slide valves are suitable for virtually all industrial sectors dealing with powder handling including the food industry.

3 types of slide valves :
- Square valve : from 120 x 120 mm to 370 x 370 mm
- Round valve : from Ø 150 to Ø 400 mm
- Rectangular valve : from 204 x 119 mm to 428 x 269 mm
This manually valve can stop the flow of the product at any time.
The valve, which is entirely manufactured in carbon steel, ensures safe interception, excellent durability and is the ideal equipment for heavy-duty applications. The slide valve is equipped with two replaceable seals.
Implementation

- Under a silo with the manual actuator version to ensure maintenance phases
- With a pneumatic actuator for a automatic filling with dosing of trucks, hoppers
- On a reactor to ensure pressure isolation, protection, security, steam rising
- On the output of a coveying screw to avoid product fall
