Description
Drum discharger and sack discharging - DrumFlow® 02:
The DrumFlow® 02 is a deconditioning and dosing booth for raw materials packaged in drums and sacks.
The handling of the drum is carried out by the operator with the lift assist mechanism. By extracting the inner liner, the operator provides the deconditioning and/or the dosage of the desired quantity.
The unloading operation of the drums is carried out by the operator. Once the drum has been positioned on the lift and is level with the sack tip tray, the operator extracts the inner bag to ensure its deconditioning and/or the dosage of the desired quantity.
This machine is intended for the manual opening of drums under confinement.
The installation of the drum can be carried out by an lift assist system to improve the ergonomics of the station.
The drum can be loaded manually or automatically depending on the options selected for the final design of this system.
The station is designed for drums with inner liners and to allow the unloading of the material in a confined space.
The glove box is equipped with a connection port for dust extraction or can be equipped with an integrated dust filter system to maintain full dust containment.
