Contained sampling for operator safety
The Palamatic Process powder sampler Easy Clean Design enables plant operators to obtain a volumetric sample of powders and bulk materials in process. This inline function provides a true representative sample of your material from the manufacturing process.
The bulk solids sampler, also known as a powder thief, is designed to collect material while remaining fully contained. This provides a sample that has not come into contact with the outside atmosphere. Contained sampling also ensures the safety of operators by preventing exposure to the material.
Samplers allow the quality team to control production batches at different stages of the manufacturing process.
