Feeding of starch in production line for readymade dishes

Processed powder: starch

Dosing in a mincer mixer

Meat processing plant such as halal sausages, bread crumbs, ready-made products, manufactured products, cut-outs, whole turkeys...

The process is designed to feed a shredder in a controlled fashion. It consists of an EasyFlow® EF bulk bag deconditioning system, a VFlow® dense phase pneumatic conveying system and a quick connection system.

The starch is delivered packaged in bulk bags which are placed on an EasyFlow® EF bulk bag discharge station using an electric hoist.
The finishes are adapted to the food industry: the machine body is made of 304 stainless steel, all welds are stripped and passivated for parts in direct contact with the starch, the structure is also made of 304 stainless steel.
The sealing when closed is reinforced by the installation of clamps.
The 304 stainless steel deposit tray is manufactured with an outlet Ø of 600 mm and is installed on silent-blocks. It is supplied with a vibrating electric motor to facilitate the flow of the bulk material.
In order to ensure the cleanest possible discharge, a rubber seal is installed on the dispensing tray. This seal makes it possible to cover the bottom of the bulk bag. Massage cylinders optimize the flow of starch out of the bulk bag.

Once the starch has been emptied, it is collected in a buffer hopper located underneath the EasyFlow® EF bulk bag emptying station. This hopper is equipped with a high level probe and has a capacity of 400 litres. The storage hopper is made of 304 stainless steel and is positioned under the stripping box. A gearbox, connected at the outlet of the hopper, makes it possible to transfer the starch by aspiration.

A bulk bag compactor - CBB125 reduces the volume of the empty bulk bags as they are compressed and stored in a polyethylene sheath.

The starch is transferred via a VFlow® pneumatic vacuum conveying system. The material is then introduced into the shredder using a quick connection system that allows a tight connection to the shredder during the powder coating phase. The system is composed of 2 parts, a fixed part and a moving part. This cylinder-operated system is designed to be removed when the shredder cover is opened. The tightness is optimized by the installation of a wiper seal (food quality).
