BULK BAG DECONDITIONING AND BAG DUMP STATION
Palamatic Process has designed a combination bulk bag unloading and bag dump station for processes requiring flexibility in the discharging of multiple powders in varying storage containers and packages. Loading of the super sacks can be carried out by electric hoist, forklift or low structure via the use of a forklift or/and an overhead crane. This equipment allows the emptying of your powders and bulk products in a confined space for your bulk bags and sacks.
3 types of loading are available:
The super sack discharge station and manual sack tip tray allows the safe handling for discharge operations with the use of an electric hoist, a forklift truck or an overhead crane and available in a low structure version in consideration of height constraints.
Electric hoist loading
Made of painted steel, 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel
PALAMATIC PROCESS has developed standard unloading stations to meet the needs of industries that load their processes with bulk bags and all types of sacks (50/100 lbs) at the same discharge point.
2 standard sizes available (reduced delivery time) bulk bags passage width: 50" and 60".
This station allows the deconditioning of bulk bags and sacks efficiently via the use of an electric hoist. Dust emissions are controlled by incorporating a multi-containment design (dust skirt, containment tube, capture nozzle). The material flow is aided by the introduction of a vibrating plate (vibrating motor) or an optional pneumatic massage system.
As with most of our bulk bag equipment, this station offers flexibility for accommodating super sacks of varying dimensions and sizes. Standard bulk bag discharge stations can empty bulk bags and super sacks over 7 feet in height.
This method allows easy access to the bulk bag spout for unlacing and discharge inside the bulk bag untie box. The dust tight door combined with the anti-overflow tube ensures total containment during the opening and emptying of bulk bags and individual sacks.
Forklift truck loading
The Duopal DP0 bulk bag discharge and sack tip station can be designed for use with a forklift truck and a handling cross to accurately position the bulk bags on the dispensing tray.

This station allows the deconditioning of bulk bags and sacks within the same unit. The bulk bag is placed on the unloading station by a forklift truck and an integrated FIBC handling cross. Dust emissions are controlled by incorporating a multi-containment design (dust skirt, spill containment tube, dust capture nozzle). The material flow is aided by the introduction of a vibrating plate (vibrating motor) or an optional pneumatic massage system.
The loading of bulk bags and super sacks by the forklift operator is secured by the integrated handling cross and positioned on the centering support structure. When depositing the bulk bag and sacks in the unloading station, the handling cross offers not only the easy centering of the packages, but also vital safety and security.
In order to accommodate the different dimensions of bulk bags and super sacks, the station is height-adjustable via a telescopic sleeve system with locking mechanism.
This robust and efficient discharge equipment station can empty super sacks over 7 feet in height.
Low structure loading
PALAMATIC PROCESS has developed dual unloading stations to meet the needs of industries that load their processes with bulk bags and smaller sacks (50/100 lbs) at the same unloading point.
The installation of bulk bags on the discharge station via a forklift truck, an overhead crane and a handling cross.

This station allows the deconditioning of FIBC’s and smaller bags safely and efficiently. The loading of the bulk bag on the deconditioning station is conducted via the operator’s use of a forklift, crane, and a handling cross. The handling cross is provided by PALAMATIC PROCESS to ensure the safe handling and loading of bulk bags. Dust emissions are controlled by incorporating a multi-containment design (dust skirt, spill containment tube, dust capture nozzle). The material flow is aided by the introduction of a vibrating plate (vibrating motor) or an optional pneumatic massage system.
The purpose of the low structure design is to accommodate unloading operations within buildings that were previously erected with a restrictive ceiling height.
The handling and unloading operations are secured by the deposit tray on the station enabling the operator to work in safe and efficient conditions.

Equipment integrated on the standard versions (excluding options):
- Self-supporting structure with hoist iron and tracking rail: allows the safe installation of bulk bags and sacks via the electric hoist by all operators
- 5-point handling cross: allows secure connection to the inner pocket of bulk bags
- Deposit tray: ensures the bulk bag and sacks are held during unloading and secures handling operations
- Sealing skirt: optimizes containment by capping the bottom of the bulk bag and the sack
- Vibrating motor: ensures the vibration of the deposit tray to facilitate the extraction of the powder
- Unlacing box with airtight door: offers secure and ergonomic access to the bulk bag and sack drain sleeve
- Anti-overflow tube: allows the product flow to be channelled into the unlacing box and facilitates operator handling
- Protective screen: ensures clean powder supply without foreign body (mesh size 50 x 50)
The stations can be built in painted steel, hot-dip galvanized steel, 304L stainless steel or 316L stainless steel. The parts in contact with the products and the structure can be made of different materials.
